Test 1: Does the proposed (or extant) law promote and/or support 'strength of character' in the population at large?

Test 2: Does the proposed (or extant) law promote and/or support 'self-responsibility' in the population at large?

Test 3: Does the proposed (or extant) law promote and/or support 'a belief in real freedom' in the population at large?

If the answer to any of the above is negative this piece of legislation and the persons who recommend its adoption are guilty of tyranny. They and it are the true threat to the continued existence of our nation and the liberties we enjoy within its boundaries.
