Russell M. Middleton
(1950 - ?) (so far so good)

  • In 2002 I came up with a brilliant scheme to live in Scotland.
    • I'll do a BSc in Computing at the University of Stirling.

And there I was!

  • What shall I do with:
    • a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 stall attached garage, condominium?
    • a 1995 Toyota Tacoma 4x4?
    • and thirty years worth of stuff?
    • If it won't fit in 2 suitcases and a steamer trunk:
      1. I'll sell what I can.
      2. I'll give away what I can.
      3. I'll throw away (bin) the rest.

Five weeks into the Autumn Semester of my fourth year I've reached my limit. Too Much Information (TMI) is the cry. I've already met the requirements for a BSc Computing Science. I have doubts about ageism. What am I trying to prove?

I withdraw from my Honours year.

I'll graduate in June 2007 with a BSc in Computing Science.

    My vocation is computing.

My passion is Scottish history. I re-enact a very thin slice of Scotland's past with
MacFarlanes Company a living history troupe based in Toledo, OH, USA.

    • Some Facts:
      • I was born and raised in Michigan, USA.
      • My mom was born and raised in Kilmarnock, Scotland.
      • My dad was born and raised in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Why Scotland? Why now? Am I crazy??

You may discover the answers to these questions and much more
as you explorer my personal web site.

    Let's go!
